Shipping & Returns
At Harrowset Hall we are happy to accept the return of any goods providing they are returned in original purchase condition and have not been used. Goods can only be returned with prior agreement and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and note with customer contact details and reason for return. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Change of mind is not grounds for a refund but we are happy to issue a credit for future purchases on returned goods where there is prior agreement. Any freight cost will be at the customer’s expense unless the reason for return is due to an error of Harrowset Hall or due to faulty goods.
Harrowset Hall will promptly replace any goods that are deemed to be faulty on inspection at no extra cost to the customer.
All returns are to be sent to Harrowset Hall, 87 Jervois Rd, Herne Bay, Auckland or Harrowset Hall, 377 Princes St, Dunedin for South Island customers. All applicable courier charges for any returns other than through a fault of Harrowset Hall or a product fault are at the customers expense.

Should your items be lost in transit or damaged on arrival. Please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the product promptly or refund in full including delivery charges if the product is no longer available.
A standard delivery fee as shown below will be incurred within New Zealand. However larger items of furniture will incur a charge based on a quoted freight rate to the destination at time of purchase. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org

Delivery should be completed within 5 -7 days of receipt of order within NZ once full payment has been made. However if the item is out of stock this may sometimes take a little longer and we will advise our customer of any expected delays. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
It is possible that we may be out of stock of certain items due to our in store ranges changing on a regular basis. Sometimes, high demand may mean that an item is out of stock before we can update our website. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders or will advise promptly if an item is out of stock and suggest alternatives if they are available.
Please contact us via email for purchases outside New Zealand and we will provide a total price including any applicable freight charges. Please be aware that any imported items may be subject to an additional duty charge and clearance fee upon arrival in another country.
